I would suggest take pictures with of how you leave the home. Positive: Home location was nice to everything Negative: Home had no AC and no stand alone fans. We had to go out and buy one. Went for 4th of July and was very hot in home. Property owner notified me that the housekeeper let her know we left dirty dishes in the sink. Which we never did. We placed all dishes in the dishwasher. They charge $45 if you leave dishes behind. The housekeeper wanted to lie on guests to make extra money… They even had the audacity to take the dishes out of the dishwasher and place them in the sink to show the owner they were left behind. It’s a total shame. Shame on the housekeeper and owner for this. All for $45. Is absolutely ridiculous. This is very disheartening. It’s not even about the extra charge. It’s about them lying on you to get extra money. Be cautious when renting out home. So you don’t fall victim of the same situation.

Really love everything about this home. Beautiful, great location for snowboarding, nice neighborhood to walk my 4 legged daughter, overall really amazing experience. We didn't want to leave.

Pleased Positive: Nice location. Nice home and very well stocked. Negative: Hot. I called the rental company and they said they would have someone come out and it did not happen.
